At Framerica, I identified inefficiencies in the Grille production process and developed numerous standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations. With my expert guidance, the Grille production staff was effectively trained to follow these procedures, and a visual guide was created to ensure their ongoing success. The results speak for themselves: daily production of this product increased from 34 to 213 pieces. My ability to innovate, implement, and lead teams to success demonstrates my commitment to achieving exceptional results. ​When 3D Fabrication and graphic designing extraordinaire, Vamp Graphics, faced the challenge of not being able to create 3-dimensional specs for their clients in a reasonable time frame, I stepped up to the plate. By combining select programs, I was able to deliver animated 3D specs that not only detailed the dimensions of the build but also gave the client an exciting glimpse of all production aspects. This innovative solution created measurable optics, solidifying client expectations and minimizing the potential for any issues during the construction process. With this new approach, the client's experience is elevated to a whole new level, and we are proud to provide cutting-edge technology that is revolutionizing the industry.
RADIO DAYS
Before my professional production career began, I was fortunate enough to work in national broadcast marketing, where I had the honor of collaborating with the iconic brand, Apple. I played an integral role in orchestrating their national organic chatter campaign, which led to the launch of the one and only iPod. Additionally, I had the pleasure of partnering with Shark Week and Canon, where we created an exciting promotion that involved giving away free Canon Powershot D10s to loyal Q-104.3 listeners who could answer Shark Week Trivia. The buzz generated from this campaign led to a joint promotion that utilized Shark Fin NYC Taxi-top billboards, which ultimately garnered top-of-mind awareness among NYC pedestrians.
